I accidentally created a student account instead of a parent account. Now, when I try to create a parent account with my email address, Canvas won't let me do so because it says the email address is already in use. How do I resolve this error?
Hi @AimeeDenny ,This fix is very easy. All you need to do is reach out to the teacher of the canvas course that you want to be a parent of a child for, and they will have the ability to change your role to Observer and link you to your child with no problems. From there, you'll be a parent.

When you are creating a quiz and/or also reviewing a quiz in Canvas after the class has taken it, the questions aren't numbered so after you get past the first few questions, there is no way to even tell what number you are on. Can someone change that?
