Restricting TA Access to the Notes Function in the Gradebook

For admins:

We allow our TAs to grade assignments, but we want to use the Gradebook Notes field to list accommodations, but we don't want the TAs to see the accommodations. 

Is there a way to restrict TAs from seeing the Gradebook Notes field but still allow them to see / use the rest of the gradebook? I didn't see an obvious solution within the permissions.

I don't believe permissions are sufficiently granular to allow this.

Your SIS may be a better place to put accommodations.
