Somehow my speed grader is sorting students in reverse abc order. The list starts with my Z's and has A (last names) at the end of the list. I tried randomizing and resorting, and the gradebook is sorted normally. Any suggestions?

How do I contact Canvas Support?
I'm putting in a ticket now about this same issue. Right now we only know of one course it's happening in. Looked at the same course in test and beta. Beta it is messed up (Z-A) as well but Test it works as expected (A-Z). I'll let you know if I hear anything back.
Update - Canvas put the ticket on hold and are working on the issue.
I just had faculty reach out to me about this as well. I have submitted a ticket as well.
We have also had this same issue pointed out to us by faculty. We'll wait and see what @ptart finds out about it in this thread before putting in our own ticket with Canvas Support.
I have a teacher that this is occurring in only 2 of her 6 classes. It isn't even occurring in all of her classes. It's so weird.
One out of five courses here. Very odd. I tried switching the sort order to something else, then back to alpha. It didn't help.
Just encountered this issue as well. It's happening on 3 out of my 5 courses.
The strangest thing to me is that I have three sections of my intro class, and two of them are in reverse alphabetical order, while one is in standard alpha order. If I change the section to "Show All Sections", it's doing something very odd, showing chunks of classes in sorted order, but then shuffled in a random order. It counts down from W -> M in one class, then V -> A in a different class, then K -> F in another class, etc.
