Hi @SeanReynolds - I encourage you to chat with your district's Canvas Admin or Tech Support. They'll be able to take a look at your account(s) and identify where the complications are coming into play. I'm sorry you're navigating this at the beginning of the shool year, but I hope you're able to identify a solution soon.
Does your institution have a unique URL for Canvas? If so, make sure you are accessing it from that URL. Sometimes login issues happen because the user is at the wrong URL for their institution.
Beyond that, do you use the same email address for both the work and parent account?
