To enable the QR Code Login, you will need to contact your CSM and ask them to enable it for your school.
As far as I know the Parent app should already be enabled. However, you will either need to create user accounts for the parents as observers before they can use the app or allow self-registration for at least observer accounts so they can create their own accounts. How do I configure self registration through Canvas authentication for an account?
Is anyone else experiencing this in their own beta environment? Checked known issues, status, and maintenance calendar but did not see anything to explain it. I have a ticket in that's been escalated to L2, but figured I'd ask here as well to see if anyone else might have information to share. Thank you, Patrick
I am currently experiencing an issue where a student’s assignment grade appears in Moderate, but it is not populating in the Canvas gradebook. I have verified the submission is there, but the grade is still missing from the gradebook view. Is there a known fix or additional step needed to get the grade to display properly?
