To enable the QR Code Login, you will need to contact your CSM and ask them to enable it for your school.
As far as I know the Parent app should already be enabled. However, you will either need to create user accounts for the parents as observers before they can use the app or allow self-registration for at least observer accounts so they can create their own accounts. How do I configure self registration through Canvas authentication for an account?
