Is there a simple way to get a .csv file of student results from a quiz?
Not just the total, each individual question mark in the new quizzes.

Unfortunately, this option is not yet available in New Quizzes. According to the New Quizzes Product Roadmap, it will take some time for it to be available. I, too, wish they had included this feature when they launched New Quizzes. I recommend following/subscribing to the New Quizzes Hub to keep tabs on when Instructure makes updates.
