I need to reset a post test, so I can take it again to complete my course. How do I do that or who do I contact?

It sounds like you're a student, and that you do not have an option to make another attempt for the assignment/quiz available right now. If that's the case, you'd need to contact the teacher of the course so they could give you another attempt at the assignment/quiz if they agree to do that.
