I accidentally sent a message in canvas to my teacher and I want to unsend it. How do I unsend a message in canvas?

Unfortunately, I don't believe there is any kind of unsend functionality built into the Canvas messaging system.
I wish I had better news for you, but I hope having this answer ta least helps a bit.
