I have added FlipGrid to my Canvas class. All my students except one can access our FlipGrid from Canvas. Why can that one student not access it? I gave her the join code and it says she has to join via Canvas.

What type of device is the student using? Is the browser up to date? Has the cache been cleared? Is it possible that the student has another account (perhaps a personal email account) open and that FlipGrid is trying to open in that window? Since this issue is affecting just one student, something is different about that student's setup. Has the student tried logging out and shutting down the device and starting again from the beginning?
