I am on my final assignment for iTeach. I have never used Canvas before. How do I allow the iTeach folks to access my assignment? If I provide them the URL does this automatically allow them access to my file?

You may or may not realize it, but you've posted this question in the global community of Canvas users. We can often help with a lot of questions or issues with Canvas, but for this particular question, I think it's going to be best to ask your teacher/instructor directly. Canvas is great in that it provides many ways to submit different types of assignments, so your teacher should know what options they configured for your assignment and hopefully guide you in how you should do your submission.
