I have no online test loaded on my canvas profile for HRM101, but for the rest of my modules it is there.

Since you question is about a test in your course, it would be best for you to contact your instructor as soon as possible. And, you can do that right within Canvas. The fact that the teacher's gradebook view only displays the letter grade in the "override" column makes it difficult for the teacher to review grades, as the numerical grade entered cannot be determined in that view.
Screen readers seem to read out the LaTex and not the equation.
