The Canvas developers should add a confirmation button whenever a user clicks the cancel button while on a quiz or assignment creation screen.
I just lost fifteen minutes of work because, in my haste, I accidentally clicked the cancel button instead of submit. Not a huge deal, but it's not the first time I've made that mistake and YES, it is my fault, but it would still be a nice feature to have added to the system.
