Joining training session

Dear Canvas staff, 

I received an email from you on how to join a training session. I followed all the steps. However, when I click on join, I keep seeing the box that says "wait for the host to add you the session" but I am not added. I have a session in 20 min from now. Could you please help me join it.

I hope that you eventually figured out how to join your training session, but if not (it this issue happens again), I recommend that you reach out to the provider of the training session (probably the person that sent you the email inviting you to it).
