I have created a new course in a subaccount that has been used for years by a previous employee... but the option form importing/exporting content (the right hand menu on new shells and in settings) is non-existent.
I thought I was going crazy! but trying in another subaccount I can see and use the import function.
What could be happening? Where is the setting for this, and how do I turn it off. I have Account wide Admin rights, so I don't really understand.
