It's frustrating for students when they are unable to access the tools to complete the work we assign. For students in this situation in my classes, I encourage them to first log in to the Google system and then log in to Canvas. If it's a Google system provided by your district and the student is unable to do that, then I suggest contacting your local team that manages the Google user accounts.
