digital badge

unknown

did not receive a digital badge for my completed course of employee motivation course.

I did receive a certificate of completion but not the badge and it is required for me to receive a digital badge for all 4 courses completed for human resource training and development course.

 

I tried to contact and requested support on this to get a resolution and no one helps 

they just direct me to another email or page etc.

 

please help

Unfortunately, I am not sure that we can help answer your question here in the Canvas Community because we do not have access to your course or your school's Canvas environment.  Your best option would be to contact your instructor directly.  Or, if you happen to know who your school's Canvas administrator is, that would be a good resource, too.  Often, this person is located in your school's Online Learning / eLearning / Distance Education department.  Hopefully you will be able to soon connect with someone at your school so that you can get this issue resolved.  Good luck to you!
