LTI 1.3 Developer Key

I am a new Canvas admin who has never worked with adding developer keys.

I have had a teacher reach out asking for "access to the LTI.3 google drive."

I understand this is something that I can enable, but do not know how.

Can anyone advise how to manually configure this LTI?
