Is the password for CANVAS the same as my Tulane email account?

Members here in the Canvas Community would have no way of knowing what your password is. This is something that you might need to check with the folks at Tulane about. Generally speaking, I can provide you with a handful of Canvas Guides related to passwords, but ultimately, you may need to check with people at Tulane about this if you cannot get logged in:

Our "Outcomes" has not been working for about 6 months. Teachers can't build and attach Outcomes to new quizzes. Canvas said it was a rollover issue. Canvas won't fix it unless we pay them $2000 to "re-train" us for 10 hours. Has anyone had this problem and did it get fixed?
