Archiving Previous Outcomes?

My school district has changed our required Learning Outcomes for all of our courses for this school year.

How can I archive the 400+ Learning Outcomes we used last school year so they're still linked to our 25-26 courses but teachers can't use them in 26-27 courses going forward?

Is it possible to view the numerical grade entered in the "override" column in the teacher's gradebook view?
The fact that the teacher's gradebook view only displays the letter grade in the "override" column makes it difficult for the teacher to review grades, as the numerical grade entered cannot be determined in that view.
Is LaTex added to the name and course code of a course shell accessible?
Screen readers seem to read out the LaTex and not the equation.

Respondus question upload needs a QTI 2.1 Option
I use Respondus 4.0 for loading questions to my pools in Bb and now that we have moved to Canvas, I want to load them to an Item Bank. However, to do this, I need to have them downloadable as a QTI 2.1 option. My options or limited. #1 I can load to a Classic Quiz which my university does not prefer, download the questions…
