I was sent to this site to download my e portfolio from Chamberlain but I do not see how to do that even though I have read the article.

The site that you are currently on is the global Instructure Community, a place where millions of Canvas users come to collaborate, ask questions and offer advice about Canvas and related products. This site also includes guides and articles such as the one you read in regards to downloading your ePortfolio.
To export your export your ePortfolio, you'll need to access your institution's Canvas instance and click on your 'Account' link via the global navigation menu. From there you can click on the ePortfolios link and access your ePortfolios there. You can also access them from the ePortfolios site. I'll provide some links that can help you:
