Can multiple Educators access and review the same Evaluation Portfolio?

We are working with a community of some 80 students and 5 Educators. Our intended workflow is that all five Educators should be able to view and assess a student’s Evaluation Portfolio.

I understand that multiple Educators can grade the Canvas assignments that are part of the Portfolio.

However, is my understanding correct that only the Educator who originally created an Evaluation Portfolio can view and assess that specific portfolio, and that other Educators currently do not have access to it?

(That would mean I will need to find a different solution).

• Use Canvas ePortfolio or Outcomes-based assessment workflows, which allow multiple educators to review evidence consistently.

In summary, while multiple educators can assess portfolio content submitted through assignments, direct access to the Evaluation Portfolio itself depends on sharing permissions and ownership. For collaborative assessment, integrating portfolios with Canvas Assignments or shared access workflows is the most reliable solution.
