I have used Blackboard, Moodle, and now work at a Canvas university. When grading quiz items. I want the ability to view all of the students' responses to a single item at once. This could allow consistency in grading and speed up the grading process. This functionality has been available in Moodle for over 10 years.

Your post is a suggestion to make Canvas better (view all students' responses to the same question on one page in the SpeedGrader), and Instructure this year has improved its process for collecting ideas like yours. This is called the Canvas Collaborative Roadmap, and that is the best place to share your proposal. That is where Instructure’s developers go to be inspired by folks like you. This would be great, I would find it extremely valuable and time-saving if Canvas implemented this capability.

While it's not exactly the same thing as your request, I wanted ot make sure you've seen the How do I grade a New Quizzes quiz question one at a time in SpeedGrader with Performance and Usability Upgrades? - Instructure Community guide, as it's the closest thing available right now. It won't show all the students on one page, but it'll allow you to easily grade the same question for all students with minimal scrolling.

I am just curiousas to why there is not a field to enter a description for an outcome at the account level? Or at least edit the rating when you attach/link an account level outcome to a rubric. When you create a new criterion for a rubric, you enter a decription for a rating, but for an account level outcome.
