Hi,
I have a Canvas free account which has been fantastic. Just lately, though, it's stopped copying courses. I've tried the copy course option and also the export and import course content option and I keep getting the same failed message with the suggestion to contact support. Do you know what the problem might be? I've copied the course several times over a few years and there's never been a problem before.
I'd be super grateful for any advice or suggestions you might have.
