@Dalma_Schnell Before the end of the calendar year, a number of users in this community had raised some usability issues with the new Portfolio experience. I am hoping to get some information from the product team here about any timelines/progress that is being made towards the following:
- Inability for users with a TA/Teacher role anywhere in Canvas to interact with evaluation portfolios
- Lack of multiple users being able to "own/manage" an evaluation portfolio setup
- Inability for users to share assignments brought in to a showcase portfolio (blank space left when the share link is used)
- Promised ability within Portfolium/Folio for users to bulk export their content
- Lack of evaluation portfolios to spread multiple semesters
- Incomplete RCE - unable to add images/multimedia to text areas
For many of us, these are critical functionality for a successful and less painful roll out of this tool. We are rapidly approaching the need to move from the legacy portfolio tools. A clear picture of what will and will not be ready and when is needed for us to manage this change.
If others in this group have other issues that they can add, I welcome them! Hopefully the product team takes notice and can provide updates in a single location
