Scorm & Articulate 360

Is it possible to score an Articulate created file in Canvas that is imported with Scorm?

Students can access these amazing creations, but I cannot figure out how to assess or track their progress. Any tips? I saw older posts on this, but no solutions?

Hey Andrew.

You need to re-import the SCORM file as a "Graded Assignment" to get grades to flow through to Canvas. It's a pretty frustrating implementation quite honestly. But it should work if you do it this way, and then you'll get the grades on the other side assuming that your Articulate 360 project is configured correctly. You can then set the grade requirements for passing in the Assignments section, I believe - it may be Modules though!

Thanks for the screenrecording and additional information.

As long as the files/projects were created appropriately in Articulate, you should be able to import them into Canvas as graded assignments (please see https://community.instructure.com/en/kb/articles/660683-how-do-i-import-scorm-files-as-an-assignment%2C for more information, a link that I provided when I asked you the type of package).

You would then configure the assignment to have a point value.
