We are experiencing a couple of issues with our Pages Index page. For many users, when there are enough individual pages to require extensive scrolling, the displayed width of the table is shorter after the initial pages that were loaded. (That was difficult to describe, please see the attached screenshot.)
Additionally, when scrolling down, we've found that clicking on any of the kebab menus on the right will cause the user to be jumped back up to the top of the page. (See attached video.)
I've received multiple asks about this from folks across our institution. After testing, here are my initial findings:

Mac/Safari shows the shorter width for a split second before readjusting to the usual width that the first 15 or so pages were loaded with.
Any advice? Is this happening for others as well?
