Scroll bars

Hi!

The scroll bars on Canvas are either nonexistent or so light in color that I cannot see them. I wave the mouse around to light up the bar. It wastes so much time. How can I make them darker?
I have played with settings, and the visual editing.

The scroll bars should show up as a darker gray, contrasting against both the white and light grays commonly employed. I know you mentioned checking settings. Have you checked your monitor settings (the ones on a monitor accessed by a physical button near the power switch), particularly brightness and contrast, or were they display settings on your computer (right-click-->display properties)? When I have students complaining about not seeing things, it is not uncommon that a student has messed with the monitor settings. Just trying to clarify what you have checked.
