Faculty are trying to pull the roll call reports from the Attendance Link for dual credit/high school reporting needs. It keeps giving him error codes. Here is an example:

Our "Outcomes" has not been working for about 6 months. Teachers can't build and attach Outcomes to new quizzes. Canvas said it was a rollover issue. Canvas won't fix it unless we pay them $2000 to "re-train" us for 10 hours. Has anyone had this problem and did it get fixed?
