The student is having a problem uploading material that she has already done, but when in Workspace and submitting the generated PDF is missing certain sections
Sometimes, that generated PDF omits sections of the original file. This is usually due to:
Formatting or fonts Canvas’s previewer doesn’t fully support
Embedded elements (charts, images, tables, text boxes) that don’t render properly. Some Workspace tools or PDF generators skip certain content (like embedded media, text boxes, or special formatting).
File uploaded through Google Drive LTI or Office 365 Cloud Assignments, which can produce partial PDFs. Large or complex files can sometimes cause incomplete output during export.
Browser or cache issues during upload. Cached data or an outdated browser may prevent the file from generating correctly.
Suggested Solutions:
Save and re-export before submission. If the content was originally made in another tool (Google Docs, Word, etc.), the student should manually export it to PDF first (File → Download → PDF), check it, and then upload that version.
Escalate to Canvas Support. If re-uploading doesn’t fix it, submit a Canvas Support ticket.

Why not just change all dropped assignments to "Dropped" instead of "missing"?…
Our H5P LTI assignment scores are not returning to the gradebook 9 times out of 10. It's been going on since 15 September, and we are not aware of any event or change at that time that might have caused the issue. The H5P reports confirm students have completed the assignments, therefore ruling out user error. Is anyone…

I am just curiousas to why there is not a field to enter a description for an outcome at the account level? Or at least edit the rating when you attach/link an account level outcome to a rubric. When you create a new criterion for a rubric, you enter a decription for a rating, but for an account level outcome.
