KC completed but not showing as completed

I have completed my Knowledge check, but it is still not showing as completed in my account.

course name: KC (amazon virtual private cloud)
Issue: The status/progress is not updating even after completion.

Kindly help me resolve this issue.

I do not have an answer for you because this type of inquiry is unique to either your course/class or institution/organization. Have you reported it to your teacher or institution/organization?
