LTI Issues this Year- Submission Status

Good Morning! We are seeing issues with the majority of our LTIs external tool assignments this school year. The issue is that the submission status does not change now for EdPuzzle, NoRedInk, NewsELA, Formative, etc, after a student submits. It will change for some after a teacher grades, but not all. It is incredibly confusing for both students and teachers. Is anyone else experiencing this?

We are also experiencing this issue, especially with NoRedInk. NoRedInk Support stated that this is due to students accessing the assignment directly on their site rather than through Canvas.

Dropped Scores
I have Canvas set to drop the lowest quiz score, however, my students can only barely tell that the grade text is slightly grey when dropped. Can it have a tag like the "missing" and "exempt" ones in the student gradebook?
Batch edit assignment due dates by section
