Issue with Yamaha NPC 1 Registration – LMS Empty

Question

Dear Yamaha Support Team,

I recently registered and paid for the NPC 1 program for my child (age 3). After successfully downloading Canva Student and completing the Yamaha registration inside Canva Student, I found that the LMS (Learning Management System) is empty and shows no course content.

Could you please check this issue and help me access the course materials? I would greatly appreciate your prompt assistance, as I would like my child to be able to start learning as soon as possible.

Hello @IlonaGabriella,

You may not realzie this, but you have posted your question to the glocal Instructure Community.  This community is made if of Canvas and other Instructure product users from around the world who are often able to answer a lot of technical questions about Canvas itself.  Unfortunately we don't have access to any specific Canvas site or account, so we really are unable to provide any help with enrollment issues.  Perhaps you can look around whatever materials you have to find a support email or phone number for enrollment issues.
