Question

Good day,

I have noticed that the audio files uploaded on Canvas are producing a strange “cracking/underwater” sound during playback. Interestingly, when I open the same audio files directly on my PC, the sound is clear and does not have this issue. Have re-uploaded it numerous times and it is still doing the same.

This seems to be happening across multiple modules and with different users uploading the audio. Is anyone else also experiencing the same issue on Canvas?

Please submit a support ticket so taht engineering can take a deeper look into the issue.

Hi @AngeliqueBezuid - I was having issues with recording and haveing strange audio, or with recording and having no video at all.   After trying everything possible, I figured there was something conflicting on my machine and my Tech suggested re-imaging my computer.   That fixed everything for me!
