Grade will not passback from external LTI Cengage (MindTap) to Canvas

After creating courses in my external LTI Cengage (MindTap) and ensuring the links work, the grades do not passback to Canvas once the students complete the assignments as in the previous years.

I have Cengage working on it but there may be an issue on the Canvas side.

What to do?

Hi @darnise_spencer -- you may need to contact the vendor (Cengage MindTap) for support with this.
