Edpuzzle-grading open ended questions inside Canvas no longer available?

I set up all my classes this year after importing my material in as usual. Ed puzzle no longer allows me to grade open-ended questions within the LMS. And I can no longer see my kids completion rates inside the LMS. I keep having to go to the Ed puzzle website. For the last couple of years, I have been able to do everything from within canvas by clicking on the word Edpuzzle in the navigation bar. 

 

can I no longer grade everything inside of a canvas? This is on the website, not even inside canvas any help would be appreciated.

Hi @seduncan, thanks for reaching out with this question! You may need to reach out to your Canvas Administrator or support team to have this investigated further. Ed Puzzle is a third party tool that Instructure does not own and it would need to be installed at the course or account level. If the 'Ed Puzzle' option is now missing from your course navigation, the tool may no longer to be configured/enabled by your institution in Canvas. If you are unsure of next steps, I would recommend opening a support ticket within your Canvas instance help menu in the Global Navigation.
