In Canvas Quizzes, when students have selected the essay text box (cursor inside, typing indicator), and try to type a letter, they are instantly deselected from the text box. This requires them to reclick the box to type anything.
@Ezra4 Are you referring to how the essay question box expands to include the RCE? That is definitely a pain. If your students wait a moment though, that resizing happens when the page finishes loading and then the essay text entry box does not need to be clicked twice.
