Hello! I uploaded grades from one course to another and it appears that the students can't see their grades from the recent upload. Am I missing something? How do i fix it so that they can see them?

I would recommend going into your Gradebook settings and ensuring that grade posting policy is set to Automatic. That way, the grades will automatically be published for your students to see, instead of you manually having to.
