Recently the CANVAS Inbox behavior changed in a way that does not allow to select ALL Students when composing a message. Only individual student can be selected.
Any insight on that.

I am not seeing that in the Inbox. I can click on "Compose", select a class, then choose "All in [class name]", or I can select "Students >", then "All in Students":

If you're still experiencing this behavior, I would highly recommend reaching out to your school's Canvas Admin team. They can actually control who teachers have the ability to message, and it's certainly possible that they could have adjusted this setting. @mzimmerman is correct, this isn't a feature that was removed from the Inbox.
