Instructor not able to see submitted assignment, and not able to see attached assignment in inmail

I turned in an assignment on 6/20, and have a screenshot of the submitted assignment. The Instructor is claiming they can't see it under submitted assignments. I have messaged the instructor three times (in inmail) with the attached screenshot of the submitted assignment, and the assignment and the instructor is claiming they're not getting the attachments in inmail and that they can't see the assignment under submissions.

I'm on a chrome browser running on a macbook pro.

Hi @EmRhodenbaugh,

Your screenshot only shows that a file was successfully uploaded to Canvas.  After you upload the file (or multiple files_, you still need to hit a submit button (should be the blue button on the very bottom of your screenshot) to complete the submission and have it show up for your instructor.  The How do I submit an online assignment in a course u... - Instructure Community - 416675 guide will walk you through the submission steps for the various different kinds of assignments your instructor may use in the course.
