I have been trying to login for the past week and have been unable to. I have contacted my student help desk and it still doesnt fix it. Anyone know what to do.
Hi there @MairaOlmedo ,
Welcome and thank you for asking on the Instructure Community!
This message usually displays on your screen when you're trying to login with a SSO provider (i.e. google, microsoft, clever), and an account hasn't been created / connected for you yet. If you believe that you're supposed to have access to your account, I recommend ensuring you're signing in with the correct email address (or other credentials).
If you're using a Canvas instance not connected to a specific school (Free for Teacher), it would probably be best to register for a new account, especially because no account was found for the login credentials / information you entered or provided.
Please reach out with any additional questions, we're happy to help!Noah

Looking…
