I am working with a faculty member who is uploading many QTI files for Item Banks in her program. According to Instructure documentation, Item Banks should be named as the QTI file that is imported into it. It isn't doing so, and I'm unsure as to why. Your advice is greatly appreciated!
Welp, I stumbled upon an answer for my own question! In the txt file you need to add the words Quiz Title: xxxx in order for the item bank to register it.

The example you give adds text to a .txt file that is later converted to xml. Do you know the xml tag that results from this? I'm working directly with the xml files, but I don't know where to add the title. I assume it is somewhere in the imsmanifest file?

I am just curiousas to why there is not a field to enter a description for an outcome at the account level? Or at least edit the rating when you attach/link an account level outcome to a rubric. When you create a new criterion for a rubric, you enter a decription for a rating, but for an account level outcome.
