In my experience, I have used the embed code for the form and embedded the Google Form using the Rich Content Editor in Canvas. This method does not keep the scores/grades in Canvas for a Quiz though. As far as I am am aware, there is not a way to convert a Google Form Quiz into a Canvas Quiz.
