The Related Items menu on the right-hand side of the assignment page is not showing the ratio of graded assignments. It's usually under the speedgrader option. Is there a setting that needs to be adjusted for this to show?
The fraction graded in that menu only shows (at least for me) in assignments, not quizzes.
From your image, you have a quiz with a "file upload" question type, which is different from an assignment with a "file uploads" submission type.
In quizzes, you can see the graded fraction from within the speedgrader.
It will only show if there are student submissions. Did any students turn their assignments in?
If that doesn't work, you either didn't grade the submissions.
