I found instructions on how to use the lockout feature, but it says that my Canvas Admin must enable this feature. How do I go about getting that done? Thank You!

What "lockout" feature are you referring to?
If this is a third-party tool, then it is likely that it is something which must be licensed by your school and configured by your school's Canvas administrator.
Are you able to share a picture/screenshot or link to the instructions that you found?
