Hello,
I accidentally removed one of my users and therefore obviously his quizzes and all his grades were deleted.
Is there any way to get everything back?
Thanks
Hi @Corinne-FLE,
It is possible to restore a deleted user account. Follow the "How do I restore a deleted user or course in an account?" guide at https://community.canvaslms.com/t5/Admin-Guide/How-do-I-restore-a-deleted-user-or-course-in-an-account/ta-p/596828. There is also an official video at https://app.guidde.com/share/playbooks/3Kccdy2BTK9Lm85jRYQ5w4.

Thanks a lot for the answer however I don't have an admin account. I have open a count as a teacher on my own, without a school or anything, with the mode "Free for teacher". There only me as a teacher and my students.
Is there another way to restore a student ?
Thanks you very much @dbrace ! It worked ! I'm so relieved !

If I set…
Has anyone else had issues with an influx of duplicate users in Canvas? Ours is currently in the form of an email that already exists, becoming a new user - and not automatically merging with the user ID with the same email that also is linked to our SIS ID correctly as well.
