Curious if there is a short cut to printing a whole class to put in an accreditation binder for future reference?
In order to print the course, you could first generate an ePub version of the course and then try to print that. Other than that, I cannot really imagine a way you would print a class other than going to every webpage and printing/saving each to a pdf.

Not sure why you would want to print something that is digitally available - can you not simply give your accreditation team access to the Canvas sites ?
