Constructor Proctor Exam on Canvas

Question

I am a student and trying to do my proctored exam on canvas using constructor proctor. I have tried four different browsers on windows and safari on Mac and got same error message that the browser does not meet the minimum requirements for canvas.

Kindly assist .

I do not have a specific answer for you because I do not have experience with Constructor Proctor but I do have three recommendations:

* Go to https://support.constructor.tech/constructor-proctor and review their support articles.
* Go to https://support.constructor.tech/kb-tickets/new to contact the support team.
* Follow your institution's normal process for receiving technical support.
