How do I forward an email stream to a department head, since the department head is not listed as part of the class?
Hello @CyndiParker as you have noted, while a Message can be forwarded to a member of the course, it cannot be forwarded to a nonmember. If that is needed, then screen captures are one method or if retaining formatting is not important, select the text of the thread, copy, and paste it into your Outlook or whichever email is used.
