Hi! I'm not sure if you are an instructor or a student, but the instructions in either of these Guides are essentially the same:
Look for the section on "Delete Multiple Conversations". You can also use the "Shift" key on your keyboard to select your first message, then scroll to your last message. Hold down "Shift", and it should select all messages from your first to the last.
