Zoom lti issues

After working for several years, Zoom and Canvas seem busted. I am getting this error.

lti.error.instructor.email

Error Code 2216 - v=2.0;clid=aw1;rid=INT_0cecd816fe48ef49

 

Canvas “support” was not helpful about what happened. Anyone have any ideas on how to fix this? Literally happened this week.

That error is actually from Zoom and not Canvas: "Error Code 2216 appears when the ZOOM plugin mistakenly identifies your ZOOM account being linked to other Google accounts that you maybe using." You can contact Zoom or likely your school directly if you need more assistance.

You could also try making sure you're not logged into Zoom on anything personal and/or log out of all Google accounts and try again. Hopefully this helps.
